Directions From North Kona 
Take Hwy 11 (Kuakini Hwy) out of Kailua town up to Kealakekua.

Once you've reached the top of the hill at Bank of Hawaii and First Hawaiian Bank, continue South until you reach a large red building on the makai side of the street. Turn right into the Pualani Terrace business center after the red building.

Hawaii Family Physicians is located in building C suite 201.

Directions From South Kona
Take Hwy 11 (Hawaii Belt Road) North to Kealakekua.

After you've passed Konawaena High School, continue up the hill and look for a business center on the makai side of the street called Pualani Terrace and turn in there.

Directions To Our Kailua-Kona Satellite Clinic - University Of The Nations - 75-5851 Kuakini Hwy
From downtown Kailua, take Kuakini Hwy South

Once you have past Coconut Grove, look for the University Of The Nations on the mauka side of the street. As you drive up the driveway, turn left at the second parking lot.
